RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
In order to receive a full refund, the items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased must be returned new and in unused condition with original packaging. We will not accept any returns of candles that have been lit.
To be eligible for a return you need the receipt or proof of purchase. In order to complete your return, you must contact us at sweet&savagecandleco@gmail.com. We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you when your refund request has been approved or declined. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember that it may take time for you bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Exchanges will be made only for damaged items or defective items.
